Oregon State University (OSU) is a public research university located in Corvallis, Oregon. Oregon State University has a vibrant campus life with a community of over 32,000 students and 4,700 faculty. There are more than 400 student clubs and organizations to choose from, where students can try new hobbies, develop skills, and make friends. The International Living and Learning Center (ILLC) is the central hub for INTO OSU students, where all advisors, many classes, and other resources are housed. The campus has many quiet spaces for students to practice their religious and cultural traditions

Oregon State has offered a variety of unique pop culture classes including “Is Facebook a Noun or a Verb?” and “Exploring the Biology of Pandora”.

Famous alumni include basketball player Gary Payton, chemist Linus Pauling and gymnast Jade Carey.

The acceptance rate for the Class of 2024 was 89%. The average SAT score for students who are accepted is between 1120-1370.
