Santa Clara University is a private university in Santa Clara, California, and affiliated with the Jesuit order. Santa Clara University offers a diverse range of opportunities for students to pursue their interests and encounter new perspectives. The Adobe Lodge, built in 1822 and restored in 1981, is the oldest building on campus.

Santa Clara is a test-optional university, which means that students are not required to submit SAT or ACT scores when applying for admission The average SAT score for students admitted to Santa Clara is between 1270-1450, and the average ACT score is between 28-32.
