The United States Naval Academy (USNA) in Annapolis, MD is a prestigious institution that prepares young men and women to become professional officers in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. The USNA offers a variety of majors and degree programs, including Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Computer Information Sciences, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Political Science, History, English, and Foreign Language.


Notable alumni include President Jimmy Carter, US Senator John McCain, and astronauts Sunita Williams, Alan Shepard and Jim Lovell.
